Matia Kasaija the Minister for Finance Planning and Economic Development has issued a warning to all those who have encroached on Kibaale Health Centre IV land.
He issued the warning after a revelation from the In-Charge Kibaale HC IV Dr. Joseph Magara during a handover ceremony of the Class B Ambulance to Kibaale HC IV, who expressed his concern over the people who have settled on the Health Centre land illegally. Upon being prompted, Kasaija who at the time was displeased with the revelation tasked all those who now who pose a threat to the growing facility to vacate the land that they have occupied dubiously otherwise they stand to be prosecuted by the arm of law as pledged he to help in securing the land of the Health Centre.
Kasaija who was the Chief Guest at the function that was graced by various dignitaries including the Buyanja East MP Emely JP Kugonza, Muhonge Kasanga the District Chairperson, Dorothy Ajwanga CAO Kibaale, Kibaale HC IV staff, among others, challenged the Health Centre management to use the Ambulance from the MoH as it ought to be used and shouldn’t charge patients any fees to use the Ambulance that has for long been the other missing part of the puzzle.
At the same function the CAO Kibaale Dorothy Ajwang pledged total support in ensuring the ambulance is maintained and serves its sole purpose
Speaking before the dignitaries Muhonge said that he is ready to work with all stakeholders to build a poverty free Kibaale that will see each resident from government programs that aim at elevating their standards of living.
